1. How to register to isikelk.lt and become a new user?
In the right side of home page click "User Login". Of registration open field (http://www.isikelk.lt/en/user_login) "New User Registration" enter the required data, please confirm that you understand and agree with the rules. Click "Register" button.

Wait for the activation code in your e-mail.
 
2. What to do if you tried to login and appeared note "incorrect username or password”?

If you already are a registered user and while trying to log in appeared that kind of message, make sure that you wrote the correct information:

• in the first box (login), you must specify the email address, which you used during registration;

• in the second box (password), you must make sure that you wrote the correct password which you made up during the registration;

 

 Please note, that our sent activation code, is not your password.


3. What to do if you forgot the password?
In the homepage column "User Login" click on "Forgot Password" (http://www.isikelk.lt/en/user_login/remind) and select e –mail that you registered at our site.


4. Can I change my password?
Yes, you can. You can change your password, when you are online as a registered user. Go in "My Settings" and you see the link "Change Password ".
 
5. How do I edit my ad?
You can only edit your ad if you are aregistered user. You must log in to isikelk.lt and find the column "My Ads". Between your ads, find the ad, which you want to edit. Beside ad on the right hand side you will find "Edit" button.

 
6. How do I remove my ad?
You can only edit your ad if you are aregistered user. You must log in to isikelk.lt and find the column "My Ads". Between your ads, find the ad, which you want to delete. Beside ad on the right hand side you will find "Remove ad" button.

 
7. Is it possible to find already deleted ad?
No, it isn’t. Removed ads are not stored.

8. How long my ad will be active?

The ad is active for 30 days. The exact validity of an ad is shown when an ad is activate.


9. Is it possible to order a subscription ad?
Yes. This service can be ordered via e-mail. It is free of charge. When the main page loads press the “order news” (http://www.isikelk.lt/en/order_news). After filling up all the necessary fields with newsaboutyour ad youwill receive ituntil you will not refuse your subscription.
 
10. What's the difference between registered and unregistered user?
Registered user have possibility to manage and edit their ads easier, and also they can upload multiple ads on the same username while unregistered user can only place one ad. A registered users can also receive gifts from the administration (i.e. your ad can get a highlighted ad for 1 or 2 weeks).
 
11. What type of pictures can be uploaded?
You can upload pictures in this format: JPEG, JPG, PNG, GIF. You can not upload images in these formats: GNP, or TIF.
